Something to explain here:
First: Commission will be paid only when the total is more than 10$, or it have to wait till next time when it's more than 10$.
Second: Only orders placed 45 days before this time's payment counts, eg: We paid this program on Oct 15, then only the commission you got before Sep 1 will count for this name, this is for reason some people may cancell their order or ask for refund during this period, usually 45 days. For example, if you earned 30$ in the last three months, of the 30$, 15$ is before Sep 1, then you can only get 15$ paid this time, if the orders goes smoothly, then the others will get paid next time when it's January 15. Because, we pay affiliate members every other three months. And if your earnings before Sep 1 is less than 10$, you couldn't get that paid, so that's why some account haven't been paid but there are more than 10$ displayed in their account commissions.
