What will make life easier, cheap useful gadgets.
A compass will be necessary if you usually go to the forests, might be lost if the first time to go into a new forest, with a compass, it will be much easier.
A whistle, a whistle will be useful when you need help when travelling,exploring, or sometimes if you have to leave some children at home themselves, at least prepare a whistle for them, if something bad happened, use it. Of course, I hope bad things never happen, but prepare a whistle is no bad.
A Magnifier. A magnifier will make the life easier for old people or who don't have a good sight in the dark light. To see the information on newspaper, or some descriptions on the pill bottle, to find something small if it's lost on the floor.Many cases, this little magnifier will helps.
So, this is something I think very useful in life.
