Steps: Add something to cart, on the cart content page: choose the bigger icon "check out with paypal" under " check out" . Attached a screen shot below. Normally , most people choose "1" , option "2" is for people who don't want create an account on budgetgadgets, for some reason like I said don't want get newsletters or don't want to keep address information online. If directly pay with option "2" , you won't get bg points, which is like back 2% points to your bg account. and the shipping is 0$ without tracking number service, if you buy iphone cases, chargers, cpu fans, most products is fine. If you buy wrist watches or lasers, recommend 3$ tracking.
